lwvkey.js

The VT emulation keyboard tables and related functions.

lwv.keys is constructed as an Associative Array containing pairs of VT-keyname and associated string.
lwv.key() converts VT key names (such as SOH) into strings (such as "\x01").
lwv.key_ containing lwv.key_.makeXX() helpers to build lwv.keys, and lwv.key_.VT helper tables.
lwv.key_.VT contains the raw VT key name tables required to makeXXX() lwv.keys.
